Important information about the delivery of your tank

 

Our 5000 gallon tank weighs 400 kg and is very difficult to move without a crane. The tank will be scratched and the likelihood of damage to property and person is greatly increased without the use of a crane, we can also lift over fences etc.

 

The crane truck cost us a lot of money to allow us to spend an hour instead of 10 minutes unloading  the tank however the positioning is complete. This is a service which we believe is necessary for the safety of people and property.

 

Delivery of the tank without a crane can make installation extremely difficult, most likely your tank will  be pushed off the truck onto the footpath or nearest safe place for you to work the rest out. You as the customer need to know this.

 

*Providing access is within the limits of the truck and crane.
